This work, called De Oogst/Harvest, was painted by Pijke Koch, a Dutch painter, in 1953. It has been exposed in Madrid last year during an exposition called "La Sombra" ( shadows).

generations gone

In this family-photo my father and the family he grew up in. My grandfather and -mother, my two uncles, my aunt and my father. On the 22nd of January the last uncle past away. There was a beautiful, warm and personal memorialservice with great stories of his life and music played by his grandchildren. A valuable spent afternoon among family.
